Lonnie McKinney- Founder, ChairmanLonnie McKinney has spent 25 years in management, sales and distribution. He is the President of Skincerity, Inc., which commercializes OTC and non-prescriptive health care technologies. Prior to Skincerity, Inc. he was a co-founder of DermaCorp, Inc., a venture capital and management company focused on the medical industry. At Petrolon, Inc., which developed and distributed automotive chemical products, Lonnie was Senior VP of Sales. He also launched Factory Direct Supply, an automotive aftermarket telemarketing and distribution company. |

David Dillingham- Founder, Chief Operations OfficerDavid A. Dillingham's 30 year professional career has focused on entrepreneurial ventures with an emphasis on management, strategic planning and operations. David was a co-founder and President of DermaCorp, Inc. and is responsible for all operational management, legal, and strategic planning for the venture investments. Prior to DermaCorp, David was President of Petrolon, Inc., and Petrolon International, Inc., headquartered in Monaco. David also founded PetroCon, Inc. where he developed, patented, and marketed products for the oil service industry. |

Richard Jaenicke- Founder, Chief Technology OfficerFor over 35 years Richard A. Jaenicke has been successfully co-founding, funding and building technology and other growth companies. As a co-founder of DermaCorp, Inc., Richard is responsible for all MIS systems and financial management. Richard is also Chairman of CorporateNEWS, Inc. an Internet-based public relations and emergency communications service. As a Senior VP at Petrolon, Richard was responsible for product research, development and testing. Richard's previous activities include serving as Chairman and CEO of DataTrak, Inc., a public company and co-founding numerous cable TV companies in Oklahoma and Arizona. |

Mark Carroll - Chief Executive OfficerMark Carroll is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of NuCerity. Primary areas of focus for the Company are Corporate Strategy, Marketing and International Sales and Distribution. Mark brings over 25 years of executive experience in sales development, creating marketing strategies and establishing new business opportunities that enable growth in small or large global companies. Some of the organizations he has held Executive positions with are Carroll Sales and Marketing (President), Shell Oil Company (VP), Pennzoil/Quaker State Company (VP), Slick 50 Products (SR.VP), and Blue Coral Products (VP). He has B.S. degree from the University of Houston and Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School. |

Curtis Broome- Worldwide PresidentCurtis has owned multiple traditional businesses over the last 25 years from commercial telecommunication sales to web-based employee benefit administration. He was introduced to network marketing in 1989 and the concept of success through team building captured his imagination. During his 21-year network marketing career, Curtis has built international multi-cultural teams in the field and worked on the corporate side as the North American President, then Asia Pacific President, and finally Worldwide President of a publicly traded network marketing company that did over $640 million in revenue during his 6-year tenure as part of their executive management team. He has lived and traveled extensively abroad. During the two years prior to joining Nucerity, Curtis had become a highly sought after consultant specializing in assisting companies with international expansion. |

Jack Thomas - Chief Financial OfficerJack Lyndon Thomas is responsible for finance and accounting at NuCerity International. Prior to Nucerity, Jack was Executive Vice President and CFO of Slick 50 Corporation where he was responsible for both domestic and international accounting and tax issues. Jack also served as the CFO at Century Papers, Inc. Jack began his career as a CPA in public accounting after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting. He has two grown daughters and one grandson. His passions include motorcycling, photography, and writing, which encompasses a published memoir based upon his experiences as a decorated infantry officer during the Viet Nam War. |

Karen O'Quain - Director of Specialty Marketing, PRKaren O'Quain has over 18 years of experience in brand marketing with a focus on special events, public relations, and incentive programs. Prior to joining NuCerity International, Karen was founder of Race Works, Inc., the largest women-owned sports marketing firm in the western United States. Karen specialized in expanding her clients' revenue through incentive and promotional campaigns. Previous to that, Karen was the Director of Sports Marketing for the Pennzoil-Quaker State Company's events and sponsorship programs. |

Troy Kearl - Director of Internet Marketing, ITTroy Kearl brings nearly two decades of networking and technical expertise to Nucerity. He has served as Vice President of Japan Operations for a large MLM company where he recruiting all of the field leadership. Troy also provides tremendous technical expertise to Nucerity, including advanced social networking systems and next-generation website designs. In the 1990’s, Troy served as Vice President of Research and Development for Avalon Digital Marketing Systems, the largest rich-media e-mail advertising company in the world. Prior to a focus on technology, Mr. Kearl was a Japanese translator. He attended the University of Utah and has a minor in Japanese. |
